PLANET GT-1205A on metallikoteloitu gigabitin mediamuunnin kahdella SFP-moduulipaikalla sekä yhdellä 10/100/1000Base-T Ethernet-portilla. Muuntimeen voidaan asentaa haluttu/halutut SFP-modulit käytettävien kuitutyyppien mukaan. Muunnin voidaan asentaa PLANET MC-1500/1500R, MC-700ja MC-1000MR mediamuunninkehikkoon.

- Once the Primary-Port link regains, the traffic swaps fromthe Backup-Port to the Primary-Port
