ISW-504PT kytkimessä on lisäksi ”Extended” toimitila, joka mahdollistaa 10Mbit/s Ethernet-yhteydet sekä PoE- virransyötön jopa 250m etäisyyksille. Erityisen hyödyllinen tämä on valvontakamera-verkoissa, joissa Ethernet-kaapeli saattaa ylittää standardin 100m pituuden.
